I am very disappointed in your services and customer care. I brought to you something for expensive for engraving and after reassurance that it would be done in a certain way, it was done in a terrible manner. Something delicate and expensive was engraved like it is a piece of cheap wood. I would never recommend you to anybody else for any work. The worst part of it all is that the lady at the reception who received it and I went back to talk to says..... 'But that's how it is done'.

Dear customer, I would like to apologize on behalf of Crane Engravers. I am one of the directors and this complaint was not forwarded to me. Usually if something is not done to customer satisfaction we find a way of compensating. We have been in this business for over 20years and I am very unhappy about your experience.
