Reviews of Dahabshiil Money Transfer - Kampala

I went to pick money today, these Somalis really have attitude,she asks, rudely,name I give the name, then she throws my ID at me that she can't,see the transaction.after making several calls, I return to the counter,now she seems to see the transaction, then I tell her that those are the same details I gave at first,she then says am rude to her, throws the ID at me n then says she will not work on me. That is Kampala road, branch today June 6th 2018,she was wearing an orange veil. Once again am wandering dahabshil only employes Somalis or what, have not seen any Ugandan in the counter, I think this is not right as well.

i think your services are not of quality .i was sent money via your company but didn't receive it.you either have agents who steal people's money or it's a fake company ...the number ******** that the person used to call me and he was asking for details to confirm now am calling him to give me my money he's not responding .which kind of company is that?
