Not Expected Service
1.Please provide alternative communication if your customer service no. is out of service. I have paid for Compact but I do not have any Service.
2.You used to give us at least one Champions league game this season I have not seen any

Pooreet customer services in the whole world
I paid for dstv subscription on the 2nd of March 2021 through airtel using the PP link they gave me through whats up till today I have not been reconnected I cant even trace my funds all I get is excuses after another of bulshit that its being followed
Today I get an email from pesa pal that the cant complete my transaction because I paid more than I was required
Why cant pesa pal then hand over to dstv and balance to be carried forward for the next subscription?I have really hated you Multichoice and you group of service providers

Up grading customer account
Thanks for your services. You call us and tell us that if we top up our account before the due date, we will get an up grade. We do that, and wait, then the account is down graded, call again and are promised in 36 hrs your account will be upgraded. You excite us, and don't deliver. Concerned customer

delayed response after subscription
M so disappointed i always pay and m reconnected after a week. i paid on 19th up to now my tv saysE66-32 like ave not yet subscribed. when i try whatsapp u people dont help at all. decoder ********.payment...********...i need someone to contact me and make follow up coz when i complain you claim to havr solve yet not. help me

Am a very unhappy client. I ardently pay premium monthly & certain items like copa del rey are restricted to SA alone! Didn't bother to renew rights for the NBA this season and gave no notice. Please address these issues or we get alternatives that do have them.
Your staff is quick to call when we go quiet or delay to pay subscription. Where is the value for money??

Yesterday in the morning, I renewed subscription for my card ******** using my mobile money MTN no. ********, but shockingly i am still off air 24 hours later. I called customer care line and a later took my through procedures but it could not work! What is wrong with DSTV? We feel disappointed given that today is our independence day and we wanted to follow proceedings on line!

Last night (13/09/2016) I called your Call Centre between 21:05 - 21:07 hrs using tel ******** and a lady agent replied and was not audible enough and thus asked for her names and she just hang up on me. I know you can get to this agent and ask her to explain her bad behaviour towards me. I deserve an appology. I have been your client since 1999. My little subscription payments play a part in the growth of your company. These are people who let down MU ltd. This lady gives you a bad image and not worth to serve your customers. I will be glad if I heard from you. Kind regards

Terribly disappointed with the services on offer. My subscription (********) that was due to expire on 30.01.2015 was rudely terminated on 23.01.2015, I called the call centre on 4 occasions and was told that the mobile money payment I made on the 30.12.2014 was refunded on the 23.01.2015 and therefore I needed to make another payment for subscription! The fact is that I never received any refund on my mobile money account and even confirmed this with MTN call centre staff who gave me the confirmation transaction Id. I called the (Multichoice) call centre once again and provided the transaction number and was told that my account would be sorted within 30 minutes. 4 Hours later with no action, no feedback I called the call centre and was again told a refund had been made on 23.01.2015. How in heaven do you refund a subscription that has only 1 week to expire? out of frustration I renewed my subscription through mobile money on 24.01.2015, sent an sms to 6060 and still cannot get a Service and the call centre is closed. Whereas poor customer services are a hallmark of most companies (foreign and local) in Uganda, I will not accept corporate robbery! I need to get my 1 week of subscription back and will take a day off next week until sanity is restored.

Herbert am a new client and i was trying to decide whether to connect to DSTV or GOtv. But your experience is discouraging me really. This kind of inefficiency is bad for business and is a sign of DSTV collapsing. If they can not fix things here it is as bad else where, say S. Africa. Right now they are surviving simply because there is no serious competitor.
