Game Discount Store - Kampala

What a terrible store. I bought a washing machine from them which broke within 3 months. 1 month later they will not send an engineer to look at it because I live in Jinja and they do not travel here. They do not answer their phone and they will not put me in contact with anyone who can help. I know its hard to find some of the things they stock elsewhere but I will try and definitely for the things you can get elsewhere then do so. Their after sales is appalling, despite their promises and they are very expensive. (unfortunately you have to give it one star, it won't allow zero

I recently visited your stores for a proforma on a handy-cam when i met this guy called Aggrey in the electronics section who i thought was to attend to me but surprisingly he had this too much pride that he implied wanted me to beg him for his!! I spoke to the supervisor who summoned him to his station and he actually refused to come! Imagine!. The supervisor also never followed up with this guy (Aggrey) and i felt so disappointed with the whole thing yet this has been my shopping point for now nine years. The next time, he walks away>>>.

After buying my fridge at Game we only had problems with it. Game promised to call back but instead I had to call them all the time to follow up. Nothing has been done so far. In other words: just another typical African store which does not keep the promiss
