Our Fleet.
The Company directly owns a fleet of 24 well maintained vehicles primarily Mercedes Axor and Mercedes Actros prime movers with 3 axle trailers both containerized and drop-side. When necessary we can mobilize a bigger fleet of up to 50 units by sub-contracting other like-minded transporters who we have built synergies with over the years. Our fleet is comprehensively insured by UAP and our covers in addition include Goods in Transit, Fidelity Guarantee, Political/Terrorism covers thereby offering our clients further peace of mind. We have COMESA covers on the entire fleet as well as Transit Licenses to ensure smooth movement within the region. Our vehicles are all fitted with state of the art GPS units with an outsourced monitoring function that ensures management is alerted of any anomalies in real time 24/7-365.

Competitive Analysis
The key factor in competition is price. The market is not regularized and there are times when business is very low due to high supply consequently leading to low prices. To ensure that there is business continuity the company proactively seeks binding contracts with reputable organizations which guarantees the company consistent business irrespective of the level of supply.
To overcome the initial barriers to entry, the company held meetings with the relevant industry stakeholders which reduced on repugnant practices from competition. The company has overcome this challenge and endeavours to synchronize work practices to enable it increase its market niche.
The company is in constant communication with the customers on various challenges that inhibits growth and realization of the revenue and other targets and therefore ensuring all stakeholders’ needs are adequately met.
