Consolidating regional demand with Ugandan supply
The Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd would love to manage an integrated supply chain for agricultural commodities that matches premium-quality Ugandan grain supply with regional demand. Our operations will span across the agricultural value chain—farm-gate procurement, logistics, drying, cleaning, bagging, storage, warehousing, and distribution—aggregating produce located deep into Ugandan villages and supplying across East Africa.

Investing in small scale, rural value chains
The Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd would invest in small-scale agricultural value chains by distributing agricultural services, training, inputs, and financial services via our rural network infrastructure of Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd.

Financial Services:
During the March 2014 planting season, the Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd would facilitate financial assistance in the form of agricultural loans. Over the coming seasons, the Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd plans to scale financial assistance for improved production. Future financial services will be coordinated entirely on the Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd Technology Platform.

Input Distribution:
Inputs such as seeds, herbicides, and fertilizers are essential for maximizing agricultural potential. Through partnerships with commercial suppliers and farmer associations, the Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd would distribute high quality inputs to small scale farmers throughout rural Uganda.

Production Services: High quality production can be far too capital intensive for small scale farmers. Capital services such as tractor rentals for plowing are scarce and often prohibitively high cost for a highly cash-constrained smallholder. The Tsikenu Rabboni Ltd plans to provide affordable and first rate production services to our smallholder suppliers.
