I gave an order for 3 stamps on Wednesday after being assured that i would be able to receive the stamps that very day since i made a call to the customer care number but on reaching there i was told to pick it the next day on Thursday but i didn't make it so i called on Friday inquiring whether the stamps where ready for me to pick them and the person who answered told me to come but when i got there, i was told by the ladies at the reception that they where just working on them. the ladies at the reception also need to learn some customer care and to be apologetic to the customers in case something goes wrong since they are the face of the organization

I am very disappointed in your services and customer care. I brought to you something for expensive for engraving and after reassurance that it would be done in a certain way, it was done in a terrible manner. Something delicate and expensive was engraved like it is a piece of cheap wood. I would never recommend you to anybody else for any work. The worst part of it all is that the lady at the reception who received it and I went back to talk to says..... 'But that's how it is done'.
