I have a very sensitive package that I had Modern delivery yesterday from Busia to Kampala, a 4 hour journey. The bus left at 8am. It is now coming to 48 hours and nobody has bothered to contact me. I have been calling the bus drivers number endlessly for 2 days. Day and night. I have searched for help on ALL social media apps but this tricky bus service has put in ALL fake numbers. BEWARE everybody. They will give you a phone contact of the guy holding your package who will never pick your phone. I am posting this on all media apps and I hope a genuine contact reads this and helps me.

Disappointed
On 19th January 2021 ,i booked a ticked from Kampala to Nairobi . And they just dumped us at busia border with no explanation, no refund.and the driver himself was all the time on phone texting and receiving endless calls. But I really need a refund
