Message failure
It's now coming to my 9 months ever since I last received any message from my airtel line I don't know what could be the reason yet I use my line for transactions... How am I going to go about this issue

VERY BAD WIFI
It is now 3 days without WIFI for my clients. Technicians out there appear helpful but those on the ground in Mbale seem to be poorly motivated. Result: I have to pay dearly with frustrated clients who cannot stay in my guest house because they cannot do their work without WIFI. Please motivate your staff to do their job or you will lose clients like me.

Terms of service
You people where doing a very good job when it was Celtel, then when you started changing right now you are bogus. I hate your terms of service because for real, this is just bogus. Sort yourselves or else you will be loosing customers.

I came to Uganda about a week ago and bought an Airtel sim card. I am so frustrated by the poor quality of this service that next time I will not bother to use Airtel.

My broadband drops network every 10 minutes
my IDU keeps dropping network and can't access the internet, logged a call but no help has been rendered. case no C********.
when i called customer care a gentleman called Juma put me on hold for 5 minutes when he got back and i complained, he just switched me off, very rude.

Disappointed in customer service Uganda.
I cannot reach customer service, all day. Also your HELP number are not listed on the site First Page. This is terrible. I need to know what is going on with my Broadband.

My bi-weekly minutes just expired. I have loaded AT but can't subscribe for new minutes. I have received an error message that I can't subscribe for the offer repeatedly. So how do I unsubscribe?
