Turkish Airlines - Kampala

March 21st I went to their office hoping to change my flight to get out of Uganda. Their system was down! My original flight was Dar es Salaam to Munich and I wanted to change to Entebbe to Munich. First of all she told me it's not possible to change and then she gave me total misinformation, saying the last flight out is totally booked (which it wasn't) and my friends who were booked on this flight are on standby (which they weren't) but nevertheless freaked out after hearing that. I asked her if I should just go to the airport hoping to get a seat. Her answer again, no, it's all booked out. Long story short, there were plenty of seats according to my friends. I could have gotten out! I realise these are confusing times but still. You are there to help people especially in times of crisis! Now I don't know how to get out and if I do have to pay an astronomical price.

Hey, am travelling from Entebbe to London Heathrow on the 29th of April on a one way ticket, can i be able to book my ticket from your offices at Colville street or i need to go to Entebbe for bookings? Another question, is there any travel restrictions when you connect from Turkey to the UK?

Hey, I would like to know if I can still use my ticket that I had booked to travel to telviv Israel in December of 2018 and I didn't travel bse of uncertainty I got.
