I paid for service but this is the 3rd day and no bin bags, no explanation. I have called all known company numbers but no one picks these calls. Only call picked was on ******** but he too seems to be incapacitated. After over 15 years, I think I need another provider

This the 4th time you are not collecting my rubbish this year and yet I just paid for a full year two weeks ago.
I would like to terminate my contract and get refund immediately

DO NOT use Bin-It services! This is now the THIRD time we have caught Bin-It employees coming into our compound and stealing things from our apartments when they thought no one was around.
Even when rubbish is left outside the gate the men apparently look inside and if they do not see anyone they come in and steel. They have previously been caught and chased away by my neighbours maid, our grounds keeper, and today I was home from work early and I caught them myself. I chased after them and they started trying to conceal stolen items under bags of rubbish.
Be careful and do not let yourself become a victim of this home-robbing scam!!!

Garbage is never collected as per contract. Garbage is collected and disposed of in open land right next door to its source.
