Total nonsense
They don't deliver in time, it's now a week when my package is already in Uganda and they no longer pick up my calls because l had put them on pressure. When l went to the head office they still just confused me l hear you document is with the monitor guy and they promised to deliver it to today but all in vain. Fake people and opportunist.

Asking to much money
Why do keep on asking money...at fist it was the custom fee and now it's transportation fee....yet at 1st I asked u if am the one to pay the delivery fee and u said I just pay the custom fee that all

Disappointed
When u think of Fedex you think world class service & timely delivery but thats all a lie. Contacts are unreachable & even when you do all that has been asked to get your item delivered in time they still amaze you and dont show up. Am so disappointed.
