Federal Express (FedEX) - Kampala

Totally disorganised, I suggest you don't use their Pax service and you get your own agent. If you can avoid using Fedex altogether, do so. Outside of Ug its great, once your package arrives in Ug somethings esle happens....you will wait for ages to get it.

What is going on my parcel not delivered and this is a month from when i paid pax transport and taxes

Deliver that I had made has taken almost three weeks to receive. Was told I must clear the item if it cost above 50 dollars when asked for the assessment was given a typed email of it instead off a revenue assessment forms to clear items and later on the items could not be cleared because the FedEx agent was renewing their clearing licence which I have to wait for for a week when I was forced into using your own agent and yet I wanted to do so with my own. Two weeks later the agent is waiting for their licence to be cleared and now been told I can use own independent person and I can't because you have not given me the URA generated assessment documents for me to clear my items. Can someone please tell me how I should get my package??
