Do they clear from mobile money
I was shocked today I don't understand if he is your agent to ask payment from mobile money telling me my package would be returned back so am not happy with your service and company at all.

Who is responsible for picking the shipment from the airport?
Today I was shocked to see your staff calling asking me for money that he wants to clear for my package which was shipped and delivered at Entebbe airport. I told him to give me the details of the package such that I can pay in URA myself but he refused, what should I do to have my package in hands?

No delivery done by this campany or else corn men useit to corn people
You people y is it that when someone's package reach your office you don't deliver it instead you again request alot of money and even after they sent the money you don't mind
