We have One-day, Three- Days, Five-Days, to Ten-Days Courses, Three to Six Months courses that cover a variety of different topics such as chocolate, molecular gastronomy, knife skills, pastry, bread making, desserts, butchery and any area in Food Production.
The vision of Impact Chefs Academy Uganda Ltd is to encompass both the theoretical and practical aspects of gastronomic art, which will through education and training - enhance the science of cookery in Uganda and Africa.
Our mission is to address the skills shortage in Uganda and the Region, thereby enabling all segments of the hospitality industry to grow and broaden the base; encouraging previously disadvantaged Chefs and Cooks to participate more fully in this wonderful Career.
