    Very bad customer handling n customer care policies

    Parking in Accacia Shopping Mall
    Was very disappointed with the callous don't care attitude by your parking attendants just because we had list the parking card so were forced to pay the fine so that we could exit.On finding the card the next day the staff told us that there was nothing they could do as we had paid the fine n received a printed receipt.If KAPS is in the public domain should not your policies be more customer friendly.I have all the valid proof still with me.Regards n waiting for some positive feedback from you,Venita Patnaik
