We seize many opportunities for security analysis, risk analysis, planning and management and taking of decisive action as we deliver to the satisfaction of our clients, and keeping ourselves on a strict schedule. We develop appropriate security strategies, develop standardized security management protocols and build capacity of our clients in aspects of corporate security management, crisis and emergencies planning and management, incident management, occupational safety among others. Our duties vary according to the needs of our clients, and in the course of our training and work, we acquire a skill-set that can be applied across several fields.

SCOPE OF WORK / WHAT WE DO

The nature and extent of work undertaken and that in which our team has expertise include; Development and implementation of Security Strategy; Capacity building through development and provision of appropriate security training; Analysis, Development and Implementation of Security Risk Management Strategy; and Development of the general security administration structures of an organization. We develop security planning and management tools, and provide advisory on security sector reform; contingency planning and Crisis/Disaster Management; public safety; security policy formulation; investigations and general security management. Risk Assessment, Analysis and Management; Enhanced Due Diligence; Know Your Customer (KYC) services; are core aspects of our work. We also do Background Checks and Employment Screening, and Business Research services.
