Elite backpackers - Masaka

Elite Backpackers is a newly established budget accommodation in Masaka, in southwestern Uganda. We officially opened in 2015 and look forward to catering to both tourists and international volunteers alike. Our extraordinary services and friendly staff is what sets us a part from other hostel in the area.

We are strategically located between Kampala and Mbarara, which is an ideal distance for tourists planning to have a journey break while travelling to or from Queen Elizabeth, Lake Bunyonyi or Lake Mburo National Park.

For international volunteers who are spending time at one of the many NGO's in and around Masaka Town, we are also in the perfect position. Being just 1.5kms from Masaka means you can take a leisurely Ugandan stroll in to the shops or market to buy your supplies,
