I need help and reason as to why I am denied access to my startime VIP app yet I paid my monthly subscription on Friday 2 June 2023. Am missing out on my series. Please fix this ASAP

New soaps
Can you please bring us new and exciting soap's instead of repeating old ones.we are really getting bored and some of us are opting to change to gotv if we don't get better service.we pay alot on subscription.

Complaint
I'm totally disappointed with your services.. you have removed discovery channels,smethonian, real time,fox life, fine living,no CNN, CBS, ST music, MTV Base and you expect and want us still to pay the same amount of subscription... very much annoyed with your services. You need to style up... here planning how I am going to switch after buying your disorder. .

WORST CUSTOMER CARE PERSONELS
These customer care people have the worse customer care while on phone,how about if it was a face to face talk??? they are not helpful at all, they are good at talking but don't want to listen and understand what's happening...better change otherwise ur getting paid for nothing. just clicking the mouse to wrong instructions.

Disappointed in the service
I wish to complain on the issue of channels being off and the staff deceiving us that it is a technical issue they are handling, and that everything will be back to normal blah blah blah!. Personally, starting next Tuesday l am quiting startimes.

Paid over a day ago, still not reconnected
You guys please reconnect me already. Stop cheating my days. Your month is only 28 days and I have already lost one. You do this all the time but it's not funny. Be serious or your company will run of biz before you know it! You're very dishonest people Startimes

You guys are cheats and terribly disappointing! Whenever I renew my subscription, you take your time to activate it and I end up being cheated by days. Yet your monthly subscription is only 28 days! So are still selling 28 days or 20? I'm so passed off. Wasting my airtime and still no response from you guys! You're thugs! I'm going to sue you if I don't get reconnected by end of today!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ANGRY AND PAINED
Extremty disappointed i just bought an antena today paid for the basic bouquet watched my favourite channels for only 1 hour then no service and those channels disappeared just like that up to now im so pained because my children are sad that money could have boughht food to feed tbem for tbe next many days im so disappointed and very angry

I paid for star times satellite decoder but after two weeks its off always the card details ******** but my money was chopped before answering my call u guys are not fair

Why did u cut yet my subscription is on yet over I paid on 1st Dec but today 21st of Dec you have cut yet its not done I paid ******** for nova bouquet one month So i have sent you this letter so that you may know the issue of writing it if u need me you can contact me
