Poor customer care
I called on your customer care number after subscription payment, some one picked and took necessary details and then I heard only loud club music at the receiver end!!! And no help, this was the 4th call call of the day.... you are losing customers .... So sad to say terrible customer care.

I paid 30,000 on Friday and wanted package downgrade to 10,000 to get 3 months and bonus 2 but since Friday I have been calling yo landlines one isn't picked one is off.
