SEPSPEL is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to building the capacities of the private sector and improving the lives of vulnerable households in Uganda. Established in 1998 by the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), SEPSPEL has been at the forefront of implementing sustainable development initiatives for over two decades.

In 2003, we registered as a company limited by guarantee, a move that enabled us to broaden our scope and deepen our impact. At SEPSPEL, we believe that sustainable development can only be achieved through the creation of strong, inclusive, and prosperous economies. Our interventions target vulnerable households and cover a wide range of areas including livelihoods, education, child protection, health, water, and sanitation.
