Muganwa, Nanteza & Co. C/A - Kampala

I instructed Charles Muganwa Ssemakula to evict a trespasser "Sam Lyadda" who has been occupying my property for many years. The mentioned lawyer instead, patterned with the trespasser and with his nephew "Solomon Kironde" to sell off my property.
Both Muganwa and Kironde had scammed millions of money from me plus borrowing more millions to be paid by me that accumulated to over 100 million Uganda Shillings in just 4 months just to evict a trespasser. He claimed that the money was to pay high ranking officers to sign documents that will then be used to grant me bailiffs to evict the guy. He also claimed that the money was to pay off a judge in the execution court by the name of "Kisawuzi" a sum 20 million shillings.
I was so naive since I left Uganda many years ago and didn't know how the system worked - I believed all their lies.
Mr. Muganwa also conned and sold off a family estate worth 300+ million shillings in the administrator general's office. He has an ongoing lawsuit against him in the high court.
Once I busted him, I asked him to refund my money or I expose him in news media. He agreed to pay me back the monies he had stolen from me so I don't expose him. I sent my friend to pick up the monies who then made an wire transfer to me.
Very soon, i will be writing a detailed story with supporting evidence / documents exposing the mentioned lawyer in the news media.
