PEARL ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED was founded in April 1994 by six Ugandans of different professional background and experience. This was at the time when Uganda was privatizing state enterprises. Our founders’ main objective was to pool their vast professional experience together to render professional services.
These professional services were in civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering fields, specializing in Construction, Installation and Maintenance services. They also envisioned expansion into the manufacturing sector at a later stage.
Today, Pearl Engineering Company today employs hundreds of people annually. Our company has grown into a respectable local contracting company that runs multiple projects in a year.
