Computer Scientist

•Daily retrieving of all transactions from previous day inclusive of generation of daily reports and daily stock taking.
•Maintaining accurate records at data entry level. Ensuring entry is made only with the appropriate supporting documents that are submitted.
•Generating customer invoices and delivery notes basing on the entered data.
•Weekly and monthly checks of stock balances in the warehouse, comparing physical count against the Computer System latest report.
•Documenting the results and reporting variation, where need be.
•Maintaining an updated database of all customer information and previous orders.
•Communicate with Support office in compliance with company standard.
•Review and make necessary corrections to information entered.

•Give sound financial advisory services to individual clients and corporate businesses.
•Promote appropriate insurance policies basing on customer preferences.
•Making presentations to groups and corporate organizations.
•Process change in beneficiary and policy loan applications.
•Maintain an updated and secured clients’ record into a computer system.

•Check source documents for accuracy.
•Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, update and secure necessary data.
•Provide ongoing reports, develop and implement data collection systems.

•Advocate among University students within the Central Region.
•Promote the company’s telecommunication gadgets.
•Configure Internet settings on different end-user platforms.
