Food for the Hungry (FH/U) is a Christian international relief and development organization with funding and support from World Food Program (WFP) is implementing a Nutrition project in Palabek, Lamwo with the goal of contributing to reduction of morbidity and mortality caused by malnutrition, by targeting children under five years and PLW with MAM. Under this Project, FH will focus on Targeted Supplementary Feeding Program(TSFP), Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition(MCHN) to ensure appropriate quality treatment of Moderate Acute Malnutrition(MAM); improve the nutritional status of children 6-59 months and Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLW) in the program area and Improve caregiver knowledge and skills to practice Essential Nutrition Actions (ENA) and IYCF practices through Community Nutrition Volunteers (SBCC Strategy).

Job Purpose:
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that gender and protection issues are addressed and mainstreamed/ integrated in all the project activities. .
