Required Competencies.

• University degree in Marketing or business-related field.
• 2 years experience in sales 
• Experience in the hypermarket field (supermarkets)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Confident, articulate, and with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and
• planning skills.
• Strong negotiation and business closing skills.
• Prospecting and presentation skills
• Flexibility in regional travels and be based in any region around Uganda
•  it's preferable if they have experience in the printing, outdoor advertising
