We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities all around the country. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of the company products and services. As an outside sales representative, or sales agent, you will also research sales competition.
This job will require you to be a motivator, good listener, and strategic thinker, as well as personable and empathetic. It will also need you to be able to articulate a long-term vision, understand the service packages, client concerns and value relationships with colleagues.

Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office business professional relationships.

1.“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
2.Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
3.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
4.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
5. Evaluate customer’s skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
6.Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
7.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
8.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
9.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
10.Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
