Job Title: 

Reports To: Sales Manager

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Create Bajaj passenger 3-wheeler (Tuk Tuk) awareness in the assigned area
• Generate sales through the direct field and target group engagements
• Create working relationships with different sector leaders; Boda Boda and Tax Operator Associations
• Initiate workable ways to meet set promotions goals and assigned targets
• Promote available product finance schemes for customers to acquire the 3-wheeler on instalment schemes
• Engage and work with area partner finance companies to lessen acquisition time
• Create new markets in the assigned area
• Identify and suggest alternative approaches for market growth in the assigned area
• Make and send daily and monthly reports in a prompt and articulate manner

Job requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma from a recognized university or institution
• Ability to ride a motorcycle
• Preferably a resident of a specific area with respective local language command

Remuneration

• UGX 400,000 net per month
• UGX 30,000 monthly airtime allowance
• UGX 100,000 monthly rent allowance
