Overview

M31 Research is updating its database ofshort-term staff and is seeking experienced enumerators to join our dynamicteam. Successful candidates will engage in both quantitative and qualitativedata collection projects across various regions of Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face interviews and focus groups to collect reliabledata.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Adhere to research protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Work effectively within a team and independently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection.
• Excellent command of English and Other Major Language
• Proficiency in another regional language is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexibly according to project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in Social Sciences, Statistics, or a relatedfield.
• Previous experience as an enumerator is essential.
