Job offer: Security Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Security Technician with a diploma in IT and the ability to ride a motorcycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems. This role also requires mobility to visit various client sites, and riding a motorcycle will be an essential part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on security equipment as needed.
• Provide regular maintenance and updates to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
• Conduct site surveys and assess security needs for installations.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support when required.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and relevant industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Safely operate and maintain a motorcycle to travel between job sites.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• Proven experience in installing and maintaining security systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networking and IP-based security systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Valid motorcycle license and ability to ride a motorcycle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel between client locations.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
