FIELD SERVICES;
Installation and Start-Up
To ensure a seamless installation and start-up; our technicians will integrate your weighing system to your specific plant requirements. This includes in most cases sensor installation, cable runs (in conduit if required), and instrument installation.
Calibration and Verification
Weighing Scale calibration and verification is of utmost importance in maintaining accuracy, consistency, reduces losses in production and restores customers’ loyalty.
Our onsite technicians conduct calibration and help clients get certification from UNBS for their measuring instruments.
Preventative Maintenance:
Regular maintenance inspections can reduce the chance of errors within the weighing system and minimizes costly downtime. Technicians performing maintenance will inspect scales, review related electrical or mechanical systems, correct and adjust systems, verify or when required, calibrate as part of preventative maintenance programs and supply documented results.
Emergency Services:
Our technicians are available for 24 hour a day 7 days a week emergency repair and troubleshooting. The service will minimize downtime and maintain scales efficiency. Our service professionals will restore mechanical, electrical, or other installation issues.
