Using the most modern technology and manufacturing techniques, we are producing PVC/

The products undergo various quality tests that guarantee superiority and accuracy thus
ensuring the customer value for money:
Quality Assurance:
Quality tests which are compulsory are done in our fully equipped laboratory by
our well trained technicians.
• Our pvc products are tested for the right amount of Carbon Black Content(CBC)
which is vital in protecting the pipe from all effects of Ultra violet rays. We have
set a high standard of 45gm/m2 which is unmatched by far in the entire pvc
market in the region.
• The product is tested for heat reversion to ensure minimal deformation effects
when the pipe is exposed to any extreme conditions.
• Di-chloral Methane test is done to detect cracks/gelation
• A hydrostatic pressure test is carried out to ensure that even with blockages in the
system; the pipe will withstand the resulting pressure thus preventing costly pipe
bursts.
• Impact tests are conducted to ensure that the pipe does not break due to shock
load by ground movement or pressure exerted to the ground surface.
• Through surface resistance tests, we ensure that there is no detrimental effect on
water flowing through the pipes. All water going through the pipe is free of
any hazardous particles.
The outcome of these quality tests is a world class product that combines strength, safety and
longevity.
