High Density Polyethylene
(HDPE) Pipes: Grade PE 100.
We make HDPE from high quality material that ensures excellent product elasticity and flexibility
relevant to DIN 8074 and UNBS US 482:2002.
This flexibility allows application without need for fittings as angles, sharp turns and maneuvers
can be made by just bending the pipe. This saves costs in fittings and time.
They are available in sizes from 20mm to 450mm dia and Pressure ratings from PN 6, PN 10
PN 16 and PN 20.
Other Special features:
• High tear strength, product surface is highly resistant to scratches and abrasion.
• The 2.5% carbon content in the product gives it protection from Ultra violet
exposure from the sun.
• Pipes have excellent thermal conductivity abilities which contribute to their long
life expectancy of more than 50 years.
• The pipes are produced in longer lengths of up to 400M, which is in itself a
huge saving in terms of time and fittings.
• The joints with are made through heat fusion and so strong leaving absolutely
no chance for possible leaks.
• Due to their relatively lighter weight, they are easy to transport, handle and install.

• Long distance water transportation
• Best alternative for gravity water systems
• Best option where there are many obstacles to go around in a water line
• Sprinkler and drip irrigation systems
