Question for STAR TIMES Kampala, Uganda, Helpline, Customer Care Number

Gd evening, my concern is I paid 16,000/- on 30th Sept to run for a month but all channels show no access- not subscribed. Yet before I was receiving channels well. May I know what happened please.
