Last night (13/09/2016) I called your Call Centre between 21:05 - 21:07 hrs using tel ******** and a lady agent replied and was not audible enough and thus asked for her names and she just hang up on me. I know you can get to this agent and ask her to explain her bad behaviour towards me. I deserve an appology. I have been your client since 1999. My little subscription payments play a part in the growth of your company. These are people who let down MU ltd. This lady gives you a bad image and not worth to serve your customers. I will be glad if I heard from you. Kind regards
