Review Poor customer care in the bus

I boarded the bus from nebbi to kampala and the conductors where not good .The lady shouted at me immediately I entered the bus and I ignored so when we reached karuma a lady wanted to come out the the conductor who is a lady shouted at her. If you can't charge behaviors how do you want us to use your bus whereby we are dined our rights
I'm extending my concern to the head traffic officers because even the way you drive is not good people go on attention . Look for me if you can I'm Athen
