Frustrated customer
STARTIMES/Card:********/kauzuka mark. Paid 20,000 in the morning and it hasn't been activated yet! This is very frustrating.With all that's happening in the country and then children being home, we need to get value for our money. This is the only time we are staying home and watching the TV we always pay for but never get to enjoy. Been reading various complaints on different social media platforms about the same problem. Please find an immediate solution and work on your helpline numbers too (they never seem to go through for some reason)

The same is happening to me. Worst of all their helpline is charged so they make us call and by 5minutes. Airtime is already done and cut u off. This is really something wrong. Pliz startimes ppo value our money the same way u want us to pay it.
