Kampala City Council (Rubaga Division)

I would like to know whether the Lubaga division has the powers to regulate the Busega market. we who are using Masaka-Mityana road, Mityana-Nateete road we are facing uncalled for traffic jam emanating from the miss-use of the market area.

The market vendors have taken up the second lane including the stopping bay, leaving only one lane to take all that traffic flow mainly to Masaka and Nateete from by-pass and Mityana roads.

Please come to our rescue and regulate the market otherwise our children reach school late just because of the inconsiderate behaviours of the venders.
