• Checking and preparing specifications, terms of reference & statement of requirements in liaison with user departments.
• Tasked with preparing and issuing Request for quotations or Request for Proposals
• Carry out evaluation of bids and make appropriate recommendations to the procurement committee and users.

• Inventory Management, analysis of procurement information for decision-making and provide documentation to user departments in line with the local government procurement regulations.
• Carrying out systematic and procedural disposal of fixed assets and obsolete inventory in line with the PPDA Act & Regulations.
• Preparation of Quarterly and annual reports on procurement activities in accordance with the PPDA Act & Guidelines.
