Office Administrator and Human Resource Manager

Am looking for a management training which offers me the opportunity to develop new skills while strengthening those I already posses. A partially remote, researching policies, responding to inquiries and conducting exit interviews, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, on boarding new hires, delivering developmental programs and managing employee relations. partially remote due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
