Job Presentation
We are searching for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic plans to expand our company’s customer base to ensure strong presence in the market. Key Responsibilities;
  •  Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Managing recruitment.
  • Objectives setting.
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Qualifications
  • Must have 6 and above years’ experience in the same role or FMCG products.
  •  A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related courses.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility with the team.
  • Ability to sale a new product on market.
