About the product
Pesaify was set up as a commercial business but with a social mission: to create tech job opportunities for African youths. As founders, we are tech people, but we also all had a hospitality background and some years of experience in the international development sector. We concluded that when you outsource your software development there is one main reason why things tend to go wrong: miscommunication. And that as people with an outspoken human-centered mindset we should be able to do software outsourcing right, by building our culture and process to bridge the cultures and backgrounds of our clients and developers. This is what has become Pesaify!
