15-Day Birding Uganda Safari - The Albertine Region

About the product
Uganda is home to over 1050 species of birds. The Albertine region is a great habitat for birds, primates and general wildlife. Our trip will focus mainly on the bird species but we have opportunities for game drives in Murchison Falls NP, Queen Elizabeth NP and Lake Mburo NP. We will also track Chimpanzees and Gorillas.

Day 1: Arrival - transferred to your hotel
Day 2: Bird Mabamba Wetland & Lake Mburo NP - boat ride
Day 3: Birding Ruhija - Bwindi Impenetrable NP
Day4: Birding in Mubwindi swamp - Bwindi Impenetrable NP
Day5: Transfer to Buhoma via the 'the Neck'
Day 6: Birding in Buhoma - Gorilla Tracking
Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP
Day 8: Birding in Queen Elizabeth & Imaramagambo Forest / Boat Safari
Day 9: Transfer to Kibale NP
Day 10: Chimpanzee tracking and birding Bigodi swamp
Day 11: Transfer to Budongo Forest
Day 12: Birding the Royal Mile
Day 13: Birding Murchison Falls NP - Game drive and boat cruise
Day 14: Bird Kaniyo Pabidi and Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Day 15: Departure
