He owns 60 percent of its shares and control 80 percent of the stockholder voting power through supervoting stock. An initial public offering (IPO) took place on August 19, 2018. In August 2018, Kayosoft announced plans to reorganize its various interests as a conglomerate called Kayosp Inc.
