General Group Activities:
Tukalabatane Community Development Associationhas been established as a Farmer Group in the Eastern Region of Uganda and was registered in Jinja District Reg. No. 2668 on 15Th/Apr/2014, with its office at Plot No. 4 Madhivan Road in Jinja Town. With a membership of 14, our traditional business model is based on improving Agricultural productivity, promoting value addition to agricultural produce, and helping small holder farmers to develop their farming as a business. Show more of the Association to diversify our activities, we now buy produce from members of the community as a whole. We do training for our Group members and the community about post-harvest management of their produce.

Scope of Work
Tukalabatane Community Develpoment Association conducts Farmer group activities. The core activity is farming therefore we train farmers, store the produce, ensuring quality of the produce, and collectively sell to be able to bargain for better prices. We also encourage a savings culture among the group members to be able to realize growth and development for both the group and the individual members.

Financial Considerations:
The Group is poised to create regular and desired cash flows.
