Question for National Water & Sewerage Corporation

I paid for new water connection in 6th march application name is (ANATO Esther) I have come to Jinja branch water office 3 times for the same but up to now I have not been connected, for how long shall I weight for the service, How much money do I need to add for the service, who is responsible for this.what is going on.
