Question for Dahabshiil Money Transfer

Am Stephen Mukasa my wife sent me money to come on as mobile money on my number which is ******** on the 30th of August 2017 at Abudhabi Dahabshili office but up to now have never received that money so I don't know what the problem could be because I rung MTN and it says no money is seen to be pending to come to my phone .
