Question for Citibank Uganda Ltd.

Greetings, am Ntege George, I have a transaction reference with you , number ********, the valued date was supposed to be 02/09/2018, status was CB accepted, the beneficially account number was closed, new number was give to the remitter on 02/05/2018, the funds were not returned to the remitter, how can you help me ?
