This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! As a bride, you need a place that will give you comfort that your garments will not only be done on time, but also done as requested. I had to have two garments made at this place, and the after we arrived 4 whole days after the date they had given us as the ready date, the garments were not ready. As if that was not enough, later that night one of the shop attendants calls us up with an attitude to let us know that the garments are ready. When we got there the next day, not only were my blouses ill-fitting (possibly like 3 sizes larger than I am) but the garments were terribly cut for the specific traditional wear. Moreover, the entire time there was an air of entitlement of the store staff as if we had not paid a fortune for the embroidery and in general for the garments to be made! I wish we had just taken them to a regular tailor than waste so much precious time with people who clearly have their egos way above the desire to please their customers. I shall never return to this store.
