Reviews of Daks Couriers UPS Ltd - Kampala

I brought them a package. I paid 400k ugx to send it to spain. They told me it would reach after a week. They took 1 month to send it 2 months after, no clue where it is. 400k lost.

I'm so much disappointed in Daks Courier ..I can't believe your workers are dubious, I just went to pick my package today after paying all necessary required tax URA clearance payments and clearing Fee to fake company. To my surprise My IPhone 7S was found missing without any good explanation for how long will this continue because this not the first a friend of mine also complained the same last year. I regretted using your services

Sent my phones paid over 250 dollars. Arrived safely and these guys had decided to divide 5 phones amongst themselves!! Croocks should be investigated

Never use daks
It sold my parcel and claim that it got lost and they even refused to compensate me
Daks is too fake and full of thieves
